Entry Requirements
Students must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of year 10 or more
- A valid Unique Student Identifier (USI). We recommend that you create your USI before you book your course.
Additionally, you need to attend and achieve a satisfactory result on the language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) test. The LLN test will be conducted either face to face in a hard copy or via eLearning: Moodle. The LLN test will determine whether the student needs additional support to achieve the following ACSF Levels-
Learning – Level 3,
Reading – Level 3,
Writing – Level 3,
Oral Communication – Level 3
Numeracy – Level 3
Units to Complete
Total number of units = 12
- 6 core units
- 6 elective units, consisting of:
- 4 electives must be selected from the elective units listed below
- For the remaining 2 elective units:
- Up to 2 units may be selected from the elective units listed below
- If not listed, up to 2 units may be selected from a Certificate IV or above, from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.
Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.
